5、經常(chang)過(guo)量充電(dian)(dian)(dian)或小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)深放電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
6、電(dian)解液密(mi)度過(guo)高或者溫度過(guo)高,鉛將(jiang)深入形成不(bu)易(yi)恢復(fu)。
7、放(fang)電后未(wei)能及(ji)時充電。
8、內部短路(lu)局(ju)部作用或電(dian)(dian)池表(biao)面水多造成漏電(dian)(dian)。
使用注意事項
在正常使用時,一(yi)(yi)個(ge)充放電(dian)周(zhou)期內(nei),一(yi)(yi)個(ge)單元電(dian)池的水分(fen)損失約4ml /100Ah的水量。例:一(yi)(yi)個(ge)500Ah 的單元電(dian)池大約應補充20 ml的純(chun)水。
補(bu)水(shui)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)位務必不可超出防濺板10mm ,原因(yin)為: A.液(ye)位過高,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)液(ye)容(rong)量接觸到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)極板間連(lian)焊(han)接的(de)(de)(de)鋁排(pai),會(hui)形(xing)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)離子污(wu)染,從而使電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組放電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)強,損害電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量和壽命。
如(ru)電池液位不足,則在(zai)電池使用(yong)時,電池極(ji)板(ban)上(shang)端部分會外露于(yu)電池液,這樣就(jiu)減少(shao)電池極(ji)板(ban)參與電化(hua)學反(fan)應的面積(ji)從而降低電池的容量。
電動(dong)叉(cha)車電池容量(liang)下降(jiang)的原因有很多,在使用叉(cha)車時,要(yao)注(zhu)意對(dui)叉(cha)車蓄電池的保養和維護。
